Centacare has recently completed an organisational realignment that will ensure that our leadership structure is fit for purpose and aligned to strategic opportunities. Central to our ongoing success is the appointment of this Management role who will assume responsibility for driving best practice clinical governance and inspirational leadership across our Family and Community Service programs.

To be considered for appointment, prospective candidates must have the necessary tertiary qualifications, extensive relevant experience in family relationship, community services and or mental health.  Previous experience in the operational, day-to-day management in a multi-site organisation is essential, as are well-developed leadership and emotional intelligence skills and a proven ability to engage others, influence organisational culture and provide strong direction.
