Finley PST Program Worker (Psychosocial Support Transition)

Central to our ongoing success is the appointment of a new role based in our Finley office, who will assume responsibility for providing best practice in the positions of psychosocial services.
PST Worker- A new and exciting position supporting the Extended Transition of participants into the NDIS, and/or providing Continuity of Support to those not eligible for NDIS packages. A dual role that provides psychosocial support of eligible participants in their recovery journey of mental ill-health.
To be considered for this appointment, prospective candidates must have the necessary tertiary qualifications, extensive relevant experience in community services and or mental health. Previous experience in the operational, day-to-day management in a multi-site organisation is essential, as are well-developed professionalism and emotional intelligence skills and a proven ability to engage others, influence organisational culture and provide excellence in service delivery.
