Support Co-ordinator Wagga

Centacare South West NSW, is a not for profit, non-government organisation that has been providing community and wellbeing services to individuals and families since 1991. Central to our ongoing success is the appointment of a new role based in our expanding Wagga office, who will assume responsibility for providing best practice in NDIS services.

Support Co-ordinator- A position providing coordination of supports to participants with an active NDIS plan. A role that provides information, choice and control to NDIS participants, ensuring relevant and appropriate supports are implemented.

To be considered for appointment, prospective candidates must have the necessary tertiary qualifications, extensive relevant experience in family relationship, community services and or mental health.  Previous experience in the operational, day-to-day management in a multi-site organisation is essential, as are well-developed professionalism and emotional intelligence skills and a proven ability to engage others, influence organisational culture and provide excellence in service delivery.
