More about this opportunity:

A key role of this position will be to provide goal-orientated support to our participants across a wide range of programs. This support focusses on providing opportunities, support and services to develop or redevelop skills, build confidence and connect with community. 

Ensuring service provision is integrated, coordinated and complimentary to other services in the community. Providing direct and individualised assistance though outreach, referral pathways, linking with appropriate services while constantly monitoring and reviewing progress towards goals.

What would you need?

Generally, a minimum qualification of a Certificate IV in Mental Health, Community Services or other related discipline, or 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role. Show us you have experience in  working with and understanding Mental Illness, while working from a Recovery Orientated practice. You must have belief in participant focussed, strength based models of service.

Cristy and her husband James have traveled extensively through Russia, China and South East Asia, and have two fur-babies, Sooty (cat) and Panda (puppy). Cristy loves drinking coffee, meeting people to drink coffee, coffee tasting and coffee flavoured cocktails. She also enjoys road trips, TED Talks and watching cat videos on youtube.
